This school is an absolute shambles. Parading around like an outstanding school - this was before Sarah was head. She is very non-chalant and is very awkward, cunning and had bad leadership skills. Christina Coulston is a sheep who follows in her footsteps but is non the wiser. I don't know how she is the teaching and learning lead?! Planning is dated and shocking! The kids have no consequences for their behaviour either and I feel bad for them as the school invests NO money on resources - teachers have to buy their own resources from their own pocket. I mean everything. Deepa Dave is a horrible person and I have no idea how she has not been flagged up by LADO or SLT for her rudeness to teacher when she is a TA who is supposed to be supporting a teacher. Instead she judges and criticises like she works for ofsted. Disgusting human being. Can't believe someone like that works in a school! Do yourself a favour and avoid this school at all costs. Run by people who act like they know what they're doing but don't and hire horrible TAs who have more authority and power than teachers! Diabolical! Just avoid!
