Pros

A dedicated teaching body.

Cons

Lack of consistency from senior management: behaviour management and QA process. High staff turnover and relentless work load/scrutiny. Claims to be a wellbeing school, but falls way short of the mark. Treatment of teaching staff by trust and SLT often underhand and in some cases constitutes bullying.
