Pros
Holidays outside of normal school holidays due to Jewish religious days - cheap holidays. Early finish on Fridays in the winter months.
Cons
Incompetent, idiotic head. Not a clue how to lead. Says completely inappropriate comments about parents and children - laughing stock amongst staff. Lies incessantly. Parents are pandered to. Rabbis on governing body are homophobic. Deputy head is loud mouthed and two faced - has her eyes on headship so culture of school unlikely to change soon.
