Students were lovely and kind
Cons
No support at all from higher management if struggling. Made to feel insignificant if something was going wrong. Head teacher has favourites and is rude to other staff or completely ignores them. Very cliquey and if you are not in that group then you are treated terribly. Behaviour policy is not consistent and does not protect students from other students who are violent or constantly disrupt the class. Staff complaints are not taken seriously. Significant loss of staff this year due to poor management. Many students are left feeling forgotten. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF WORK.
