Pros

Has a sports centre attached for a discount and a nursery on site that can do term time only

Cons

Appraisal means nothing. You get glowing reports, good student grades and then all of a sudden you cost too much! Suddenly you are the worst ever teacher!!! Even when ofsted come in and say you are good to outstanding! There is no duty of care at all. They expect you to go in on a Saturday to keep up with the marking policy.
