Good facilities and some fabulous staff

Cons

Inadequate support for staff in the front line, dealing with challenging students. High turnover in lower-paid jobs. Underfunded and high staff turnover due to student behaviour. Recruiting process can be flawed, with weak and incorrect feedback. Appointments not always done on merit. Some evidence of suspected nepotism. Staff occasionally treated with condescension and reported for non-existent misdemeanours.
