None now that most of the long term staff have left or been pushed out.

A bullying culture from senior management. Kindness and empathy is nonexistent.

Staff support each other

Cons

Massive paperwork overload. Inconsistent treatment of staff. Really unhappy staff - staff well-being is non existent. No regard for the arts.

None now that most of the staff have left.

Cons

The most toxic environment I have ever had the misfortune to work in. Absolutely no regard for staff wellbeing at any level. Huge staff turnover every year resulting in a lack of consistency and continuity for children and their families.
