It’s in a pretty area. Huge staff turnover leaves a lot of vacancies in MLT.

Cons

Huge staff turnover. Some of the worst behaviour and behaviour management I have ever seen in 22 years in the profession. Truly appalling management enabling the behaviour by never wanting to apply policies leaving teachers frustrated and with so much disruption almost no progress can be made. Staff blamed. If you are a bit of a dragon, like me, you MIGHT complete some lessons- but the dragon needs to be constant and it’s exhausting. Expect around 80% of students to have a ‘time out card’ which they will constantly be interrupting lessons with. Insanity. Expect defiance and verbal abuse- no on call turns up or when they do just shrug and leave you to it. There are no consequences for truly disgusting behaviour- I could not wait to get out of there.
