Some of the other staff were nice...all saw the light and left as soon as they could

Toxic HT and SLT, very cliquey and if your face didn't fit...god help you. If your face did fit however then come on through and have a promotion...depsite cheating on SATs and Phonics Screeners, or how about you get to swan off at 3pm every day?! Whereby all the younger staff work themselves into the ground trying to prove themselves for the relentless learning walks, observations and book looks. Had to gove one star for behaviour policy but would like to give zero... there was no behaviour policy! Kids and parents ruled the roost!! Steer clear!
