Pros

Great support from staff. Lovely small village school which creates creative curriculums for itself. Not been OfSted for 13 years: with great reason, too. Brilliant staff retention.

Cons

High expectations and high standards mean that work/life balance is very difficult to maintain. But hey, where isn't it?
