None. Probably the students.

Cons

Awful place to work. Students were the best thing about the place. Staff were all over the place. Poor management. Toxic environment to work.

Pros

The school has amazing facilities. Most of the staff are lovely.

Cons

Behaviour wasn't handled well and the kids ran the school. Although they were changing this but by that time I had left.
