Management very supportive and colleagues are there for each other. Great, creative opportunities & a caring feel from genuine people.

Cons

There are lots of school events that can take extra time, parents don’t consider this.

Pros

Behaviour policy is well followed and a strict set of rules and expectations for children to follow. The uniform is smart and the building is well kept and maintained. First impressions were good and the children are lovely,

Cons

Support from colleagues is not genuine and you will be thrown under the bus. Very 2 faced. There is a very odd obsession with century gothic font and everything including planning and display has to be in this font. Displays are not allowed to be creative but to follow working wall guidelines by all staff. It looks awful. Lessons are to be taught EXACTLY as they want you to. A nice place to work if you are a sheep but do not trust anyone
