Pros

Some members of staff are lovely. Some genuinely care about the children and put 110% in. Parents are often willing and supportive.

Cons

Management have a bully culture. If your face fits they will do everything to make sure you achieve. If your face doesn’t they will make your life hell until you resign. If they want you out they will do everything they can to force you into making the decision. Asked to report failings of staff you are working alongside and no support or help provided. Most staff spend their entire day hauled up in their classrooms as the work life balance is non existent.. Constantly changing policies and practices nothing sticks for more than a term. No support for NQTS and no support for working mums.
