Free snacks and coffee.
Cons
Absolutely everything is micromanaged. Teachers are treated as though they have no idea what they're doing and there are "too many cooks in the kitchen" for anything to be done effectively. Communication is a huge issue.

Cons
You are micromanaged to death... They hire somebody to check your marking and homework setting... They constantly do bookchecks... They prescribe in detail how to set homework and how to mark. Work here if you would like to have no life at all.
