Small school where you know all the staff and parents Better resourced than done schools because of needs of the learners
Cons
Leadership approaches copied and pasted out of popular education books with little understanding of how to run a school. This lack of understanding includes special needs teaching, maybe because lots of the staff are brought across from other trust schools (or whisked across there if they want you out of the way) High staff turnover. When the TAs tell you they are fed up of corporate bullsh*t you know things aren't good...
