Pros

- Supportive school with strong leadership and management - Friendly staff who are subject experts and often go above and beyond - Well-behaved students who enjoy learning - Nice facilities and modern offices/ classrooms - Free Tea/Coffee, cake Friday, eye care vouchers, annual flu jab - Dedicated support staff

Cons

- Due to the school's excellent public image the role can be demanding - Sometimes leadership are hard to get a hold of for support - Not much else, it's a wonderful school!
