Pros

Staff who work there are lovely and friendly. They truly care about the school, and work hard to provide the best care and education for the students.

Cons

Former head teacher bullied the staff so much, that between 12 and 15 members of staff a year would leave (this can be varified). Staff members including myself used to hide from her. She has now retired, but I am hoping that the school is so much better after her departure.
