Not good teacher she is rude and picks on kids. She should be removed from school teaching for good. She been picking on my kid and my kid is suffering in secondary school, she haven't been teaching. And she tells other teachers against your child's weight and alot more. School govement should remove her. Before she does same to other kids. And routing there future.

Children are lovely and some staff.

The HT is basically a face for the school, the DH runs everything. If those two don't like you, your career is over! There are deep rooted cliques within that toxic environment and a lot of backstabbing just to impress SLT. The staff turnover is extremely high because of how badly you get treated! ELSA sessions being cut because of staff being told that their time can be used elsewhere but the school prides on the 'children's mental health'. Mental health is not taken seriously when it comes to the children as there is 'explicit teaching from 8:30-3:00', the school day is so packed with learning, there is no time to ask how they are! The atmosphere is so depressing, everyone is scared to speak up and if you do, it will bite you back! If you come to this school and want to succeed - put your head down, don't make relationships and DON'T ever have an opinion. Also, there is no diversity which can be felt dearly if you are a minority.

Awful SLT. Bullying is deep rooted within the schools culture. No concept of staff well-being. HT doesn’t know children’s names and they and staff are terrified of her. HOY told she should be feared by her year group colleagues. General atmosphere of fear, bullying and lack of care. Extremely high staff turn over.

Has a bullying culture by HT and some SLT members. Workload is unmanageable. Staff turn over is extremely high.
