Pros

Lovely students who work very hard and are generally polite and respectful. Colleagues are friendly and supportive and willing to share ideas and resources

Cons

Management are not always the most supportive- there’s a sense of over involvement and mistrust from SLT at times, with a lack of teacher autonomy being allowed
