Pros

The Kids are great. Supportive and friendly teachers.

Cons

Incompetent leadership which do not support their staff.. Ridiculous workload expectations. No career progression. No funding for new resources. Classrooms and facilities in need of demolition, not repair. Constantly have 1-2 staff off per year on stress. High staff turnover. Nepotism and favouritism is at the core of the organisation.
