"Love this place"

Positive Aspects

Staff get a say in policy development and we work together as a team. Great culture at the school and everyone is so supportive. The head is really inspiring and we get really well looked after. I wish I had come here sooner. Finally a school that I feel I belong in!

Areas for Improvement

The usual stuff that comes with teaching but the school does what it can to help.

"Fantastic school"

Positive Aspects

A fantastic school, I have been teaching for some time in various schools and cannot understand why they did not achieve an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating. Workload is heavy and SLT's expectations are high, however, the children make excellent progress, are predominantly well-behaved, their writing is phenomenal and the staff and SLT are fantastic. .

"Great!"

Positive Aspects

High expectations, children make fantastic progress. Some very needy children, but you get to make a real difference. Staff are all exceptionally friendly. Leaving for a promotion - I feel that the opportunities I have been given have really opened up doors.

Areas for Improvement

Heavy work load, but it's usually worth it to see the difference it makes to the children.
